Put a CLIMB NFC tag where work starts. Staff tap their phone on it to clock in or out, and CLIMB checks the tag belongs to your workplace, so nobody clocks in from the bus. No NFC on their phone? They can clock in from the app.
CLIMB Coach shows who’s clocked in, who hasn’t arrived yet and what’s happened today, across your whole team.

Privacy & security
Clocking in should build trust, not erode it. CLIMB records what matters for running the business, and nothing more.
CLIMB knows which tag was tapped, not where anyone's phone is. Your team isn't followed home.
Things like National Insurance numbers are only visible to the people you authorise to see them.
Changes to records and hours are logged with who and when, so there's no argument about what happened.
Every account has a verified email and a strong password. Signing out, or resetting a password, ends the session.

CLIMB is attendance and workforce software for small businesses. Your team clocks in and out with their phone, you see who's in and how many hours everyone has worked, and employee records live in one place. There are two apps: CLIMB for staff and CLIMB Coach for owners and managers.
No. Most recent iPhones and Android phones can read NFC tags, so a tap is all it takes. If someone's phone can't, they can clock in from the CLIMB app instead.
No. CLIMB records which of your tags was tapped and when, not where anyone's phone is. Optional location checks are on our roadmap. If you choose to turn them on, staff will be told clearly when and why location is used.
You decide. Owners, managers and staff each have their own level of access. Staff see their own hours and details; sensitive information such as National Insurance numbers is only visible to the people you authorise. Every change is logged with who made it and when.
